Terms of use

Draft, last updated 30 October 2026. Læs på dansk

Firmaradar is provided by Grumsen Development ApS. This is a translation of the Danish terms; if they differ, the Danish version applies. Data comes from the Danish Central Business Register (Det Centrale Virksomhedsregister, CVR), the Danish Business Authority (Erhvervsstyrelsen), under CC BY 4.0. Data is updated about every 15 minutes, but we cannot guarantee that it is complete or free of errors.

You must not use the service to contact companies marked as reklamebeskyttet (protected from advertising) with direct marketing, or use personal data from the service unlawfully. You are responsible for having a lawful basis for your use of the data, including under the GDPR and the Danish Marketing Practices Act (markedsføringsloven).

Keep your password and your API keys secret. We can limit or close accounts that misuse the service or its request limits.

Payment and subscriptions

Radar Pro can be bought on firmaradar.dk and in the Firmaradar app for iPhone, iPad and Android. It gives the same access wherever you bought it. You can have only one Radar Pro subscription at a time. Firmaprofil Plus is not sold in the app. A Free account never starts a payment automatically.

Purchases on firmaradar.dk are for business use. A purchase happens only when you explicitly order a monthly subscription and complete the payment at Stripe. Prices on firmaradar.dk are in Danish kroner excluding VAT (moms); the total price and any VAT are shown in the checkout before you pay. The subscription renews monthly until cancelled. Under Konto → Betaling (Account → Billing) you can open Stripe’s billing portal, see invoices, update your card and cancel at the end of the current period. If a renewal payment fails, access ends after the last confirmed paid period. Contact us via Hjælp (Help) about payment errors, refund requests or problems with cancelling.

A paid period gives access until it ends, unless access is suspended because of misuse, a refund or a payment dispute. Free includes 10 followed companies, 1 saved search, 2 lead lists and 20 companies with private notes. These limits apply to all accounts without active Radar Pro access. Earlier free special access ended when the subscriptions launched on 29 September 2026. Saved data is kept, also if an account is over a Free limit; new entries need free space or an upgrade.

Purchases in the App Store and Google Play

If you buy Radar Pro in the app, the purchase and the payment go through Apple’s App Store or Google’s Google Play. Apple or Google charges the payment under their own terms, which govern the purchase itself. These terms still apply to your account and your use of Firmaradar. For the app on iPhone and iPad, Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. The subscription gives Radar Pro on your account, both in the app and on firmaradar.dk.

To buy in the app, you must be signed in with a Firmaradar account with a confirmed email address. The price is shown in the app in your local currency before you buy. The subscription runs one month at a time and renews automatically until you cancel it. Cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the period if you don’t want it to renew.

The price in the app can differ from the price on firmaradar.dk. Apple and Google charge a fee for purchases in the app, and they collect and pay VAT and other taxes themselves.

Cancellation, refunds and payment problems are handled by Apple or Google. You cancel on iPhone and iPad in Settings → your name → Subscriptions, and on Android in Google Play under Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. If you cancel, you keep Radar Pro until the end of the paid period. Refunds follow Apple’s or Google’s rules, and you ask them for one; we cannot refund a purchase made in the App Store ourselves. If a renewal fails, Apple or Google can give a short grace period in which you keep access while the payment is retried. If it does not succeed, access ends. If Apple or Google refunds the purchase, access also ends.

A subscription bought in the app belongs to the Firmaradar account you were signed in with when you bought it. It cannot be moved to another account or shared through Family Sharing. “Gendan køb” (Restore purchases) works only when you are signed in with that account; on another account it gives no access. Access follows the account, not the phone: if someone else signs in to the app on your phone, they do not get Radar Pro from your subscription. If the subscription has ended and someone buys a new one with the same Apple ID or Google account, the new subscription belongs to the account it was bought with.

Apple and Google send the receipt for the purchase. It is not an invoice made out to a CVR number (Danish company registration number), and we cannot issue an invoice for a purchase in the App Store or Google Play.

You cannot delete your Firmaradar account while a subscription from the App Store still renews. Cancel it in the App Store first; we cannot cancel it ourselves. If you have a subscription from Google Play, we cancel it when you delete your account, so it does not renew again. Once the account is deleted, you no longer have access to Radar Pro, also not for the rest of a paid period.

The company’s own presentation

You must be authorised to represent the company and have the rights to the text, images and links you submit. We check the connection to the company and review content separately from payment. An approval is not a guarantee of the company’s quality. An approved version becomes public only when you choose to publish it with active profile access. You can hide it again; this does not cancel the subscription.

The presentation does not change register information or search ranking. We can reject or hide content that is misleading, unlawful or infringes others’ rights. Views and clicks are indicative statistics, not documentation of enquiries or new customers. Review your presentation after changes in the company’s circumstances, and contact us if your authorisation ends.

Sponsored content

Sponsored placements are clearly labelled “Sponsoreret” (sponsored). They are paid for by the company shown and are not a recommendation or quality approval from Firmaradar. The placement does not change the register and accounts data shown. Sponsorship agreements are made separately with Firmaradar.

The service is provided as is, without warranty. Our liability is limited to the extent Danish law allows.
